Supportive Housing is the next major BFL program: 120 units of supportive housing in development in New York’s South Bronx.
How We Help
Fifty family units for families with a disabled head of household who is a victim/survivor of domestic violence.
Seventy studio apartments for disabled victims/survivors of domestic violence, women with disabilities who are being diverted from possible nursing home placement (including some of the Transitional Housing residents we serve), and veterans with disabilities.

HHAP Approves $7 Million Request
A $7million request for Homeless Housing and Assistance Program (HHAP) support has been approved by the HHAP Board. “Congratulations to all who worked so hard to make that proposal a success,” said BFL President/CEO Paul Feuerstein.
