BFL continues its commitment to “Undoing Racism” in 2018, holding two-day intensive workshops for all new agency staff led by David Peters of MPG Consulting. 

The agency also continues to hold affinity groups at program locations, which were formed last year.

“BFL has embarked on a deliberate process of introspection to promote racial equity in its delivery system. This is an example of transformative intent during a difficult social and political environment, to bring more humanity to all,” says Peters.
