Nicolyn Plummer, Social Worker at Barrier Free Living’s Secret Garden Domestic Violence Program, was one of three Deaf/Hard of Hearing advocates who testified on communication access for the Deaf/Hard of hearing at the council committee on technology and public safety on 1/14/2016 in New York City.

Plummer says part of the mission is “making text to 911 accessible for everyone.”
