Living on the streets and battling addiction, Lourdes found help and new hope at Barrier Free Living’s Transitional Housing program, which works with homeless people with disabilities. After working with her case manager and the BFL housing specialist, today Lourdes is moving into her own home and planning to go back to school to fulfill her dream of being a counselor.
