Though Brilynn Rakes was diagnosed with nystagmus and cone dystrophy (which causes her eyes to shake), that did not stop her from pursuing a career in dance.  This week the inspiring young woman was featured on Dancing With The Stars as part of the AT&T Spotlight Series.
